How we handle your data

This page explains exactly what the AI Transformation Readiness Assessment collects, why, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be waved at you.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, from the form before the assessment.
• Your organisation, if you chose to give it.
• Your answers to the assessment questions, and the score calculated from them.

We do not collect anything else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site.

Why we collect it

To email you your readiness report, and so that a GeekyAnts consultant can follow up on the result with you if that would be useful. You agreed to both when you ticked the box.

Who sees it

GeekyAnts staff with access to the assessment admin panel. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside GeekyAnts.

How long we keep it

Two years from the date you complete the assessment, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Where it is stored

On GeekyAnts infrastructure. Your answers are also kept in your own browser so you can resume the assessment; clearing your browser data removes that copy.
